WEDDING CAKE MENU
Our menu is a pick and mix of our favourite sponges, buttercreams and fillings. Choose from the following options to create your own unique wedding cake! If you're spoilt for choice, check out our favourite combinations at the bottom of this page.
1. SPONGE FLAVOURS
Please choose one sponge flavour for your cake
A rich and moist chocolate cake with a brownie resemblance. Made with the finest Callebaut Belgian 70% dark chocolate and cocoa powder.
A lightly spiced sponge made with organic carrots. Jewelled with walnut pieces, its a classic sponge full of flavour!
A wonderfully light and zesty sponge, fragranced with the zest and juice of organic, unwaxed lemons.
A treacly, spiced sponge made with black treacle and jewelled with stem ginger pieces, this gingerbread is packed with flavour.
Simple yet elegant, and totally delicious! A light and fluffy sponge, flavoured with Littlepod vanilla bean paste.
Dulce De Leche
An incredibly soft and indulgent sponge made with authentic dulce de leche. Dulce de Leche is a smoother and richer version of it’s cousin, caramel.
Champagne and Rose
A delicate and light sponge fragranced with real champagne and a hint of rosewater. Perfect for celebrating your special day!
A sticky coffee sponge with a warm hint of cinnamon, this is coffee cake unlike any you've had before!
Rhubarb and Vanilla
A light vanilla and sour cream sponge flavoured with fresh chunks of rhubarb
A light sponge made with ground almonds and lightly fragranced with orange blossom water. Perfect for spring/summer!
2. SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM
Please choose one flavour of Swiss meringue buttercream for the inside of your cake. The outside of your cake will be decorated in vanilla bean or white chocolate buttercream, or dark chocolate ganache if requested.

You can choose up to two fillings to go inside your cake. These are optional; you can choose to have buttercream only if you prefer.

Vanilla bean sponge, fresh mint swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry compote.

Carrot cake sponge, brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream and desiccated coconut.
